Return and refund policy

Return time
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in its original conditionand in its original packaging.


Returns not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous Material
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain personal care or health products

Parts available:

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Do not return the product to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and informing you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within a few days.


Delayed or missing refunds

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Then contact your bank card company.
  3. Then your bank (processing time may vary).

Items sold (if applicable)

Only items at normal price are refundable.
Promotional items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if possible)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Gifts

🎁If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you will receive an equivalent voucher once the item has been returned.
If the item was ordered by another person, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

🚚Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

📦For any item over €75, we recommend a tracking service or parcel insurance.
We do not guarantee receipt of the return without proof of shipment.
