What are the delivery times?
Most orders placed from Monday to Thursday are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it takes 5 to 7 days to receive it.
How can I track my package?
You can click directly on the tracking link to see the progress of your order on our website in the "Order Tracking" section.
I still haven't received my order.
Occasionally, a delay may occur.
Please wait a few more days, send us a message via the "Contact" section on our website or contact your post office.
Reception
Your parcels will arrive in your mailbox during local mail delivery hours.
If your package is too large, it will be delivered to you personally.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left, and you can collect your package from the nearest Post Office.
I received a damaged product
We always try to find the best quality products for our customers. However, many factors could have damaged your products during shipping.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us by sending an email from our contact page to tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos that can clearly show the problem.
Cancellation and return
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. To do so, contact us on our "Contact" page.
I wish to return an item
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.
You must wait until you have received your package before initiating a refund request.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days, depending on the payment method used.
